Linso installed a gigantic outdoor LED Display to Plymouth University new performing arts buildings facade in November 2014. It took one week to install the 71 m² screen once it was on site.
The LED display will be used to "promote events, achievements and activities" and to communicate with students, staff and the public in a "more innovative and effective way".
A university spokesman said: "The screens will become part of a larger scheme to promote events, achievements and activities at the university – and possibly the city – as we look for innovative and effective ways of communicating with students, staff and the wider public. The digital screens have been manufactured by the chosen supplier and are in transit to the university."
"The House is already being talked about as one of the most innovative and exciting university theatres in the country. It will uniquely cater for students and performers with disabilities in a way that no other studio theatre in the UK does."
The screen project was granted planning permission in November 2012.
